  1. We have been made aware of, and consent to the possibility of a broker fee being charged in addition to statutory commission paid by the Insurer, for the following services:
  1. Risk Advice
  2. Risk Assessment
  3. Judgement calls and advice on claims
  4. Specific industry knowledge and insurance aspects related thereto
  5. Sourcing alternative quotations where necessary
  6. Client visitation
  7. Industry specific and or specialist policies and or schemes
  8. Drawing up of summary schedules and other documentation outlining important insurance considerations
  9. Dealing with non-insured third party approaches and recoveries
  10. Onsite visits with the assessors when required or when deemed necessary
  11. Inspection of commercial sites for risk assessment
  12. Assistance with claims rejected – direct negotiations with the insurer and for goodwill payments
  13. Onsite visits when requested and with renewals

Should a fee for services as set out above be charged, it will reflect on the policy premium summary, be inclusive of VAT and will be payable as long as the policy is active. The fee can be removed by request at any time by you on written instructions, this however could compromise additional services.
